Hello my lovelies! I do hope you are well. Summer is in full swing here in NYC, and I am so happy about it! The past few days, I have been able to truly unwind and relax– something I have not been able to do in a while. It has been so nice to spend time with my family and friends all over the city.
Those who know me personally know that my love for breakfast/brunch food is serious business. So as you can imagine, I spend a lot of my free time exploring potential new brunch spots, and re-visiting some of my favorites. One of my all-time favorites, is Ladurée in SoHo.
With designer boutiques, cobble-stone streets, and more cute cafes than you can ever imagine, SoHo itself is beyond adorable. Now, add a small French restaurant to that. Yep. Incredible. I am seriously obsessed with Ladurée, and I try to go as often as I can. This morning, my Mom and I decided to have brunch together there, and it was the perfect start to a great girls-day.
Although Ladurée is predominantly known for its macarons, it’s their french toast that ultimately made me fall in love with it. I’m not kidding when I say that their french toast revolutionized my love for french toast. Yes, revolutionized. As you can probably tell by now, I’m extremely passionate about breakfast food.
NYC is known for its vast array of food from across the globe, and it’s always so fun to explore and try new places to eat. However, sometimes it is equally as exciting to return to an old favorite. 😉
As the saying goes, a picture paints a thousand words, so I figured that I would stop trying to convince you of its greatness with my own words, but instead let Ladurée show you itself through my pictures.
Hope you all have a great week!
